These Terms of Use govern your use of benchmender.com and related online services (the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms.
Site Information
The Site provides information about Bench Mender’s commercial upholstery services and ownership opportunities. Site content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice. The Site does not provide legal, financial, medical, clinical, or regulatory advice.
Quotes and Service Requests
A request for information or a quote does not create a service agreement, guarantee availability, or establish pricing. Any work, pricing, scope, scheduling, warranty, and payment terms are subject to a separate written agreement or approved estimate.
Photos and Submitted Materials
If you submit photos, documents, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them and grant Bench Mender permission to use them to evaluate and respond to your request. Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or unlawful material through the Site.
Territory Opportunities
Submitting a territory inquiry does not reserve a territory, create an agreement, or guarantee acceptance. Any franchise offer, if applicable, is made only through the legally required disclosure documents and process. Final rights and obligations are governed solely by signed legal agreements.
Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with Site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, or use the Site to misrepresent yourself. The Site’s text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or used with permission by Bench Mender and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bench Mender disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Bench Mender is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Governing Law and Contact
